The Homestead law opened Western territories to settlement by a multitude of hardy, adventurous, people looking for a place in which to prosper. Many of those early homesteaders developed not only homes, farms, and businesses, but they established family dynasties.
The North Clark Historical Museum has collected family histories and individual images, journals, and other exhibits to document the growth of this part of the country.
